The sleek integrated bolster allows for a traditional or pinch-grip. Complementing the walnut handle, the brass rivets accent the stainless steel blade. The paring knife, one of the most versatile knives, is ideal when close control of the blade is required, such as for peeling, mincing, cleaning, and cutting vegetables.

Our knives are meticulously crafted to perfection using state-of-the-art technology coupled with hand finishing, as well as proprietary polishing and sharpening processes, showcasing our signature craftsmanship. The blades are forged from proprietary high-carbon stainless steel (Grade 420HC-LAM), ensuring unmatched quality. Each knife features a sleek and sturdy handle made of Infused Walnut, delivering a durable design. Our blades are precision laser cut and tempered to a hardness of 58 on the Rockwell scale, resulting in a hard, wickedly sharp blade that retains an edge for longer, is highly corrosion resistant, and remains elastic.

The full tang blades with double brass riveted handles ensure ideal balance and weight, providing superior performance. The curved and recessed integrated bolster offers a seamless transition from handle to blade, resulting in comfortable thumb and finger support for better control and safety.

To maintain the beauty of your Walnut Kitchen Knives, we recommend against using a dishwasher. Instead, rinse and wash them in warm soapy water, dry them thoroughly with a soft cloth, and then store them properly. To keep your Walnut handles looking their best, we suggest applying a light coat of mineral oil every few months.
