Grant was presented a 62-piece Lamson dinner set at the White House. Pieces of this extraordinary gift remain in the nation's capital on display at the Smithsonian Institution.

Cut, slice, chop, trim........it does it all! Made with Tempered 420HC Stainless Steel hardened to 57-58 HRC, the Shaped Walnut handle features a sturdy 3 Brass rivet construction.

The Full-Tang Blade (blade runs the full length of the handle) has a Santoku shape, and is made of Tempered High-Carbon 420HC Stainless Steel hardened to 57-58 HRC. It's Flat Ground for precision and then hand-sharpened and finished for a razor-sharp edge.

Walnut Kitchen Tools are not dishwasher safe. Rather, rinse and wash in warm soapy water, dry off thoroughly with a soft cloth and then store. To keep your Walnut handles looking good, we recommend a light application of mineral oil every few months.
